Picking Up or Dropping Off Outside of Business Hours
Early Drop-Off | In the event you would like to request to drop off your pet(s) outside of business hours we require a 24-hour notice so that we can schedule staff accordingly and you will be charged a $50 early drop-off fee PER DOG. To request an early drop-off you must text us.
Late Pick-Up | We understand that life happens. In the event you aren’t able to pick up your pet(s) within business hours we ask that you send us a text to let us know. In most cases we will be able to accommodate a late pick-up, but you will be charged a $50 late pick-up fee PER DOG.
Required Vaccines
Dogs | We require your dog’s Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines to be up to date in order to play. Here’s why we’ve chosen to require them: The Rabies vaccine is required by state law and can infect humans as well, not just animals. The Rabies virus most often spreads through bites from an infected animal, but it can also spread if the animal's saliva gets directly into a person's eyes, nose, mouth, or an open wound (such as a scratch or a scrape). It is fatal. Canine distemper is a contagious and serious disease caused by a virus that attacks the respiratory, gastrointestinal and nervous systems of puppies and dogs. Canines become infected through airborne exposure (sneezing or coughing) to the virus from an infected animal. The virus can also be transmitted by shared food and water bowls and equipment. Canine Parvovirus, or parvo, is a highly-contagious, often fatal, viral disease in dogs that attacks the intestines. It's commonly spread via feces of infected dogs. The Bordetella vaccine is the best way to protect your dog from illnesses associated with canine infectious tracheobronchitis, particularly if your dog goes to daycare, gets boarded, goes to the groomer, hang out at dog parks, or attends training classes. While some veterinarians recommend the Bordetella vaccine only for dogs who spend time in those environments, many others recommend the vaccine for all dogs, regardless of their risk. That’s because Bordetella is so easily transmitted and because its vaccine is well tolerated in most dogs. We take vaccinations very seriously and will not allow any pet near others if they are not fully vaccinated.
Cats | We require your cat’s Rabies vaccine to be up to date in order to board with us. Rabies is required by state law and can infect humans as well, not just animals. The Rabies virus most often spreads through bites from an infected animal, but it can also spread if the animal's saliva gets directly into a person's eyes, nose, mouth, or an open wound (such as a scratch or a scrape). It is fatal.
Holiday Hours
There are several days throughout the year that we apply our holiday hours (these hours are the same as our weekend hours: 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm, closed daily 12pm-3pm). They are the following: New Years Day, Spring Break Week(s) for Davidson and Williamson Counties, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Fall Break Week(s) for Davidson and Williamson Counties, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve.
Requesting Daycare and Boarding
While we absolutely want to accommodate every single request we receive for daycare and boarding, unfortunately there are times in which we are unable to squeeze everyone in! We want to make sure we’re providing an enjoyable environment for pups of all temperaments, so occasionally we have to decline a request. With that in mind, we do require that owners request reservations in advance, no less than 24 hours prior to their preferred date(s). Daycare can be requested here, and boarding can be requested here.
Reservation Changes or Cancellations
You’re more than welcome to make any amendments to your reservation requests at any time! However, please note that all boarding reservations booked during holidays and peak vacation weeks must be paid for in full at the time of pick-up, regardless of cancellations, change in scheduling, picking up early, or the like.
Intact Pets
We do accept intact pets! We always take precautions as necessary and as requested, but otherwise we see no reason why they can't come hang out with us.
